Liability

By participating in any of our workshops, you acknowledge and accept certain risks inherent in these activities. Your application releases our liability, and you assume all risks for yourself and your family members. By agreeing to our terms of service, you understand and acknowledge the potential for injury, illness, or other adverse outcomes related to travel, regardless of the destination or mode of transportation. This includes risks arising from acts of nature, negligence, or the actions of others.

You acknowledge and accept certain conditions by enrolling in any program, workshop, excursion, expedition, or other activities offered by RGallucci Photography LLC or their assigns. This includes releasing RGallucci Photography LLC, its employees, assigns, independent contractors, or any associated individuals from any damages, liabilities, costs, or injuries, whether physical or mental, known or unknown. You also agree to assume all inherent risks, recognizing that travel to remote, foreign, mountainous, or wilderness areas may entail additional challenges such as terrorism, natural disasters, encounters with wild animals, and difficulties with accommodations, transportation, and medical services. RGallucci Photography LLC assumes no liability for medical care or any dietary requirements you may have. It's important to understand that the standards of infrastructure and services in these areas may differ from what you are accustomed to, potentially leading to unforeseen challenges and hazards.

To attend one of our workshops, you must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (with our approval). By submitting your application, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to release and indemnify RGallucci Photography LLC, its officers, agents, sponsors, associates, and subcontractors from any and all liability, claims, actions, debts, and demands, known or unknown, that may arise in connection with your participation in any activities organized by us. This includes but is not limited to liabilities arising from the negligence of any individuals associated with the workshops.

You recognize that group travel entails compromises to accommodate the diverse preferences, travel objectives, personalities, and physical capabilities of fellow participants. While our itineraries are meticulously planned, they serve as guidelines rather than guaranteed schedules of activities. Participants must remain flexible and accept changes deemed necessary by the program leader or professional guides. Unforeseen circumstances such as geographic, climatic, physical, or governmental restrictions may necessitate alterations to timing, locations, and activities, which you understand and agree to without expectation of discounts or refunds for affected activities.

You are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all pre-trip information, ensuring you have all necessary equipment, personal items, and appropriate clothing, and adhering to standards of dress and hygiene throughout the duration of the workshop. You must conduct yourself respectfully towards fellow participants, locations, environments, and any models involved. In instances where double occupancy lodging is selected and a roommate cannot be matched, you may be subject to a single supplement charge, as detailed on the workshop information page.

We retain the right to cancel any activity and approve or decline any individual's participation. The final decision regarding an individual's ability to participate or continue participation in any program rests with the program, workshop, expedition, excursion, or trip leader.

Health and Fitness

By registering for an activity, you acknowledge your responsibility to choose an activity suitable for your physical abilities and interests. You must ensure that you are in good health to participate in the activity. By agreeing to our terms of service and making a deposit, you confirm that you do not knowingly have any physical or other disabilities that would pose a risk to yourself or other participants. Additionally, you authorize RGallucci Photography and/or its trip leader to provide medical care in a medical emergency. We may request a doctor's statement confirming your good health.

If, despite reasonable accommodations for your physical abilities, the trip leader determines that your continued participation would negatively impact the group's activities, you may be asked to leave the workshop. Any expenses incurred because of your departure are your responsibility. We also reserve the right to assess your suitability for a trip based on any new information provided before the trip commences.

Cancelation or Change of Workshop

While RGallucci Photography, LLC strives to proceed with confirmed trips, we retain the right to cancel or alter a trip due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control that may jeopardize the safety or quality of travel for participants. In such instances, a full and immediate refund will be provided. However, our financial liability is limited to the workshop fee paid to RGallucci Photography, LLC. It does not cover other associated travel expenses such as non-refundable airfare, visa fees, equipment, medical costs, or travel insurance premiums. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of any participant for any reason at any time, and we are not accountable for any additional expenses such individuals incur. For workshops conducted outside the US, tuition may be adjusted post-registration based on fluctuations in local currency exchange rates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please take a moment to read this important notice about our workshop policies. Please note that all deposits and final payments for workshops are nonrefundable. We understand that circumstances may prevent you from attending a workshop; however, we kindly ask that you understand that we have had to change our policy due to people holding spots and canceling for various reasons. This has put immense pressure on us to fill those open spots. Some people hold spots until something else might come up or wait too long for a replacement to be found. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage participants to purchase trip insurance, which is available on every registration page. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
